Are you a driven and analytical individual with a passion for real estate? Join our dynamic team as a (Senior) Analyst and play a crucial role in shaping our investment portfolio! You’ll be at the heart of our acquisition and disposal processes, working closely with Transaction Managers on the Dutch market and funds. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain cross-sector experience while specializing in a specific asset class, collaborating with Asset Managers and the Fund Manager. Based in the vibrant WTC Amsterdam, Tower Ten, in the heart of the Zuidas, you’ll be part of a thriving and innovative environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Underwriting possible acquisitions: drawing up calculation models with associated cash flow forecasts (IRR calculations) and budgets for objects to be acquired
- Supporting the Transaction Managers in the activities aimed at analyzing and acquiring potential investment objects, including registering investment propositions, viewing objects and locations and assisting in the preparation of investment proposals
- Assisting in due diligence, studying and processing the information in a data room, negotiations and contract formation
- Processing and analyzing market data, for example market reports, reference transaction data and mapping potential acquisition opportunities
- Processing and updating market information and investment propositions in our management information systems (including Salesforce)
- Helping with acquisition and disposition negotiations and client contact

What you bring to the table:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A or real estate transaction advisory, with proven expertise in investment analysis and cash flow modeling.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a collaborative team player attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
