Listing and Data Management Assistant Part Time

Location: Tuscaloosa, AL
Hours: 10–12 hours per week (in-office)
Pay: $12/hour

Right Space Commercial is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable student to assist with managing our online property listings across multiple platforms, including the West Alabama MLS, LoopNet, Crexi, and other commercial real estate sites. This position plays an important role in ensuring our property information stays accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Add new property listings to the MLS and other listing platforms
• Remove listings promptly when a property is leased or sold
• Audit active listings regularly to confirm all details, photos, and descriptions are accurate
• Track listing performance and note discrepancies or outdated content
• Assist with basic data entry or marketing coordination as needed
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new online systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
