The Valuation & Advisory team is composed of senior experienced and keen professionals who are based in Milan and are led by Mariacristina Laria. We deliver Market Value and Fair Value opinions for all real estate classes of commercial properties in accordance with the international valuation standards issued by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The capability to obtain up-to-date market information is fundamental and, thanks to our capital markets, agency, property and project departments we have at our disposal detailed and up-to-date market information.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to a senior valuer, you will benefit from the bespoke training and expertise they can offer, while having the chance to build your own relationships with clients and work on a range of projects across a variety of sectors.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Inspect properties
- Collect and analyse information provided
- Prepare valuation reports for all classes of commercial property across Italy
- Take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under supervision
- Prepare and update market sections
- Participate to internal meetings with other departments and report what has been discussed therein
Your skills and personal attributes
- Fluency in English and Italian is imperative to be considered for the role
- Strong analytical skills to be able to draw out market trends and information
- Accurate and curious
- Competent in all MS Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- You can interact directly with the clients
- You are a self starter with initiative
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently,
- Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality.
Your experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good academic background (Economics, Engineering or Architecture)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry sector
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies
