The V&A CRE Offices team (along with Industrial & Logistics) works for larger global investors/financiers and specialized Dutch institutional clients, including the absolute leaders in the industry. Our valuations and advice are carefully substantiated with sound financial analyses and insights from available (internal) market databases. These are reinforced by current market insights, which we gather daily through intensive contact with colleagues from other service lines, divisions, and countries. In this way, we combine local knowledge with the strength of one of the largest full-service real estate advisors in the world.
What are you going to do?
- You will work on valuations of large-scale commercial real estate objects and portfolios (with an emphasis on Offices).
- You are responsible for preparing valuation reports and financial analyses, and contribute to the quality and consistency of our services.
- You have a lot of customer contact and contribute to maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new clients.
- You work with advanced and validated calculation models, analyzing rental, property, and market data and translating it into strategic advice.
- Depending on your experience, you will play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues or you will be mentored on the job by a more experienced valuer.
- You will work closely with other teams within C&W, such as Capital Markets and Leasing, giving you broad insight into the market and customer issues.
Who will you be working with?
The Valuation & Advisory service line consists of approximately 95 professionals, divided into three specializations: Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Living, and Specialist Markets. As one of the largest departments within our company, Valuation & Advisory continues to grow steadily. You’ll work in a close-knit team of experienced and driven consultants, data analysts, and assistants. By combining our global expertise with local knowledge, we consistently deliver high-quality advice to our clients.
Desired profile
We’re looking for a Valuer with strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and who thrives on collaboration in a dynamic environment. You’re skilled at translating complex information into clear advice and driven to further your own development and that of the team.
We ask:
- A completed relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. real estate, economics or finance);
- Experience (minimum 2-5 years) in commercial real estate valuations, preferably Offices;
- Registered as a Registered Appraiser (RT) or willing to obtain this;
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
- A valid driver’s license B.
