Leasing Associate Full Time

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Leasing Associate located in West Hollywood, CA. The Leasing Associate will support the company’s commercial leasing operations by assisting with lease negotiations, preparing and reviewing lease documents, working on tenant renewals, and touring prospective tenants through vacancies. This role also involves creating, updating, and distributing leasing marketing materials, including brochures and property information packages, to attract and retain tenants. The Leasing Associate will maintain strong communication with tenants, brokers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth leasing transactions and provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial leasing and lease administration
• Ability to draft, review, and manage letters of intent (LOIs), and lease agreements
• Experience creating and maintaining marketing materials, including leasing brochures and property information packages
• Strong communication and customer service skills with tenants and internal stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CoStar is a plus
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, brokerage, or commercial leasing preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the leasing process, including preparing, reviewing, and managing LOIs, lease agreements, and lease amendments
• Maintain and update lease records
• Manage and update company CoStar account
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries
• Create and edit marketing brochures using company template
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth leasing transactions
• Tour, cold call, and pitch brokers and prospective tenant
• Provide general support to the leasing team
