    Hi Spencer!

    Hope you’re doing well.

I had a question about your All-in-One development & acquisition model. I want to activate the Development Module but I’m not sure if it’s my 2010 version that’s not allowing me or….

There’s a drop down list for ORI, MF, and Permanent Financing modules but the Development Module just says =IF(Construction_Module_On?=TRUE,”Yes”,”No”) under the formula.

I’d like to model out a ground up development for a land acquisition. Would you be able to direct me the right way?

    Thank you for your help.

    Best,

    Jimmy

To activate the development module, enter a ‘Development Length’ greater than 0 in cell M13 of the Summary.

With that said, we’ve heard from users who have had compatibility issues with versions of Excel older than 2013.
