Does the model have a section for “one-time” asset sales during the hold period for a transaction?
Example: Equity Purchase, Sale of non-core assets in month 8, and then a permanent loan is put in place for the core asset.
This is a great suggestion. Out of the box, the model does not have this capability. But I’ll add it to our list and see if it’s a feature we can include in a future release.
