Might be something interesting for a future rendition. We are seeing some current pay, PIK or accrued interest type loans…Mini-Perm, mezzanine debt and “Dequity” type preferred equity sometimes have one of these types of structures to help cash flow.. Wondering if possible to maybe create a toggle on the senior debt and secondary debt with the accrued interest paid at refinance or sale.
