The Project Manager is responsible for setting the budget, creating and maintaining the construction schedule, and assembling and supervising field staff for multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. They establish expectations and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that project schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are met. The Project Manager will handle multiple projects at once, including managing capital improvement projects, apartment and common area renovations, and occupied work. This role requires traveling from project to project as needed.
