Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Lead complex commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for office, retail, and industrial properties.
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted intermediary for investors and business owners, providing in-depth market analysis and strategic site selection.
Negotiation: Execute sophisticated lease and purchase negotiations to secure optimal terms for your clients.
Business Development: Proactively build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate and manage your own book of business.
Requirements

Licensing: Active California Real Estate License is mandatory.
