Currently, the team’s sales ratio is mainly from projects with overseas and domestic institutional investors, but as a new strategy, we would like to strengthen relationships with business companies by focusing on “corporate real estate advisory services.” Rather than simply selling real estate, our goal is to support business strategies from a financial perspective and contribute to our clients’ profits.
In addition to this department, CBRE has an extensive network of operating companies, including the leasing department and consulting department. Immediately after joining the company, you will receive support from key members both inside and outside the department and will carry out strategic advisory work from various angles through sales activities to operating companies. This will also include sales activities from the perspective of real estate liquidation following the delisting of operating companies by PE funds, etc.
・Proposing real estate strategies based on financial and management strategies for general business companies
・Proposal of real estate strategies for business succession for small and medium-sized enterprises
・Advisory services for real estate liquidation following the delisting of companies by PE funds, etc.
・Collaboration with related departments within the company, including the sales brokerage department
・Project management
Application requirements
Have any of the following experience:
- Experience in advisory work for business companies in the FAS department of an investment bank or audit firm
- Persons with practical real estate experience targeting J-REITs and funds
- M&A advisory work experience
