For our Milan office, we are seeking a Director with experience in Investment Banking/M&A to join our Capital Advisory Team.

Activity:

End-to-end management and coordination of real estate M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings), from the origination phase to closing, with direct responsibility for transaction structuring and negotiation with counterparties
Develop and maintain business relationships with institutional investors, real estate funds, developers, family offices, and credit institutions; support the generation of new mandates and the growth of the Capital Advisors Team’s client portfolio.
Production of advanced financial analyses, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, NAV), information memoranda, portfolio valuations, and management presentations; supervision and mentoring of the team’s junior resources
Structuring and management of Sale & Leaseback transactions for corporate and institutional clients, with analysis of the accounting, tax and financial implications and coordination with legal and tax advisors in the various phases of the process
Support for equity placement and capital raising activities for real estate vehicles (funds, SIIQs, club deals, co-investment platforms), including identification of target investors, preparation of offering documentation, and roadshow management

Skill

6-10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the real estate sector
Solid knowledge of the dynamics of the Italian and European real estate market, with experience in various asset classes, such as offices, retail, logistics, hospitality, residential, etc.
Proven ability to develop financial analyses and valuations to support M&A transactions, including the construction of complex financial models (DCF, LBO, NAV, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis); ability to translate quantitative output into clear strategic recommendations for clients and internal management.
Strong interpersonal and commercial skills, results-oriented, aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams and the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent command of digital tools
