You will be engaged in market research and report creation related to commercial real estate, as well as providing consulting services based on these. A major advantage of this role is that, because our company has a wide range of in-house services related to commercial real estate, the research and reports you conduct and create will serve as important decision-making tools for clients in various real estate transactions, such as rentals and sales. Specific job duties are as follows:
- Create a real estate market report
- Creation of a rent survey report
- Feasibility study work related to real estate development
- Advisory services related to the above
Required skills and qualifications
Those with experience in any of the following:
- Experience in consulting and advisory services related to commercial real estate.
- Experience in sales, development, design, and planning related to commercial real estate.
- Experience in real estate-related work at a financial institution (real estate finance, land utilization proposals, etc.)experience in market research and report writing.
- Individuals holding qualifications in the real estate/financial real estate industry, such as Real Estate Securitization Master, Real Estate Consulting Master, or Land Utilization Planner.
- Experience in report writing at an asset management company or think tank.
