Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks a Land Acquisition Intern for our division ofice located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
In this role, the Land Acquisition Intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities and investigate and assess land purchasing opportunities.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Performing land use and financial analyses
- Participating in due diligence
- Collecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.)
- Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projects
- Land opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysis
- Assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract
This position will be on-site 5 days per week.

Qualifications
We seek students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field, and are interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has solid analytical skills, and an understanding of complex financial analysis.
