We are currently looking for an Analyst or Associate level expert to join our Helsinki real estate transaction team. This role is suitable for someone who wants to grow into a top real estate transaction expert in both Finnish and international markets.
About the task:
As an Analyst/Associate, you will play a key role in executing significant real estate transactions and debt restructurings. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and quickly gain responsibility in projects with both Finnish and international investors.
Your responsibilities include:
- Transaction support: You will participate in all stages of the transaction process – from analysis and valuation to due diligence and transaction execution.
- Financial Modeling: You develop and analyze advanced cash flow models to assess the profitability and risks of investments.
- Market Analysis: You identify trends, analyze macroeconomic factors, and produce strategic insights.
- Investment materials: You prepare presentation and investment materials for clients, investors and decision-makers.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed a Master of Science (Engineering) or Master of Business Administration (Economics), preferably with an emphasis in finance, economics or real estate management.
- 1-4 years of experience in, for example, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services or real estate financial analysis. The specific level of the role (Analyst/Associate) will be determined by your experience.
- Has excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Is analytical, precise and commercially oriented – and is able to see both the big picture and the details.
- Communicate fluently in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.
