We have a great opportunity available for an Asset Management Analyst in Germany! Would you like to kickstart or continue your career within the Real Assets Investment Management business? In this role you will provide broad tactical and operational support to a team of asset management professionals and assist with the asset management team’s ongoing performance of multi-use properties.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in all asset management activities relating to CBRE Investment Management real estate investments in Germany including property management, leasing, reporting, capex management as well as refurbishments;
- Assist in co-ordination of and interact with service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, appraisers, insurance companies as well as other third parties etc.;
- Oversee and maintain the internal database and the required documentation in respect to real estate properties;
- Analyze property related data as well as performance figures of real estate investments;
- Identify and resolve any control issues relating to real estate investments;
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget for funds including review of final products;
- Prepare and review cash flow, profitability and return on investment analyses;
- Assist with production of investor presentations and decision memos, based on the property analysis;
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for funds including review of final products;
- Coordinate with the investor relations team regarding responses to client questions and requests.
What do you have to offer us?
- Bachelor or master’s degree in a real estate business related field;
- Experience in international working environment (internship, or trainee program abroad);
- Good analytical and quantitative skills;
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor;
- Ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and software;
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams, perform under short time frames, perform efficient resource planning, establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships and prioritize workload;
- Self-confidence, high level of commitment, team spirit and flexibility;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite and Internet navigational skills;
- Fluent in German and English language;
