CBRE is delivering land asset management services for the client’s growing APAC data centre land portfolio, covering sites from acquisition through to construction handover. The Asset Manager is the primary delivery resource within their metro cluster, responsible for ensuring all assigned land parcels are maintained in a safe, compliant, and presentable condition.
The role is field-based. The majority of working time is spent on site conducting inspections, overseeing contractor activities, managing compliance requirements, and liaising with local authorities and the client’s stakeholders.
The portfolio includes parcels of varying scale and complexity, from compact urban sites to large industrial landholdings exceeding 500,000 sqm. The Asset Manager is expected to manage this diversity of scope within a structured SLA and reporting framework.
