CBRE is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Analyst to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in Montreal. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent time management, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Analyst will specialize in multi-residential and development land in the Greater Montreal and Quebec Areas.
The analyst will work alongside experienced appraisers and consultants, contributing to valuation reports and real estate advisory projects across various asset types. While knowledge of real estate is helpful, training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset and transferable skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial models;
- Assist appraisers in preparing appraisal and consulting reports in conformance with CUSPAP or OÉAQ;
- Perform market research and maintain sector-specific databases;
- Contribute to project delivery under tight deadlines;
- Communicate clearly and collaborate in a team setting.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong conceptual, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and changing situations;
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Solid Excel proficiency, experience with AI tools or data analytics is a plus;
- Fluent in English and French with strong written/oral skills;
- Completed university degree; a focus in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Urban Planning is considered an asset.
