Our company is a Japanese subsidiary of the CBRE Group, and its predecessor was Ikoma Shoji Co., Ltd., which was established in Osaka in 1970. Department Introduction
Our sales and purchase brokerage division has expanded its presence domestically in recent years and is a high-growth business unit that is driving revenue growth for the entire CBRE company.
The Nagoya branch has a total of about 40 members, but the sales and purchase intermediation department is a small, elite team of less than 10. Each sales representative has strengths and expertise in different areas, and provides domestic and international investors and general business companies with trading opportunities for all types of commercial real estate, including offices, land, industrial/logistics, hotels, and residential properties.
Position Overview
- Brokerage of investment and commercial real estate
Job duties and scope of responsibility
- You will be responsible for sourcing properties for sale, finding buyers, negotiating and adjusting contracts, and closing for domestic and overseas corporate clients (real estate investors, business corporations, etc.).
- Our strength lies in our ability to discover and propose the potential value of investment and commercial real estate by collaborating with the leasing, asset management, property management, and consulting departments.
- We do not have any restrictions such as area system or customer representative system, so you can fully utilize your own experience and network to acquire projects.
Required work experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage for investment and commercial use (preparation of important information documents and sales contracts, settlement and delivery, etc.)
- Or, 3+ years of experience in investment sales to asset management companies (high net worth individuals)
- Real estate agent

- Able to proactively propose options through communication and bring to light needs, rather than waiting for requests from customers.
- Able to hypothesize and verify possibilities for increasing the value of current real estate, and propose them to customers as products.
