We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Real Estate Valuation Services team. This internship offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Valuation Services
- To undertake valuation assignments as part of a team
- Valuation will include and will not be limited to valuation of assets, especially for residential & real estate property as and when required
- Conducting site/ buildings visits and reviewing building information.
- Conduct market research of Valuation assignments across Singapore, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes
- Support in writing valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory
- Build up the internal database on Singapore economic indicator and Real Estate market situation
About You:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and has completed modules within property valuation
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)*Please include a copy of your latest transcript as part of your application.
