Platform CEO For Newly-Formed Small Bay Industrial Serial Acquisition Platform Full Time

A newly-formed serial acquisition platform focused on small bay industrial real estate assets in the U.S. is seeking a full-time CEO. Qualified candidates will have 5 – 15 years in real estate acquisitions and management, including sourcing acquisitions, due diligence and underwriting, transaction closing and portfolio / property management. Experience in small bay industrial real estate is strongly preferred. Compensation to be discussed with finalist candidates.
