Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager
Arbor Realty Capital Advisors is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to manage commercial real estate transactions from origination through close. You’ll serve as a forward-facing point of contact — collaborating closely with brokers, clients, and internal teams throughout both leasing and sale-side deal cycles.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong command of CRE terminology and full transaction lifecycle (leasing and disposition/acquisition)
- Self-starter comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously
- Excellent client-facing and relationship-management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
