Location: Eastern Pennsylvania, with opportunities to cover the entire Commonwealth based on agent interest. Office: Dallas, PA

Maple Rise Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Specialist to join our growing sales team. We are looking for an associate with a proven track record in commercial and/or industrial transactions who is eager to represent our firm as a leading expert in their asset class.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue commercial and industrial real estate opportunities within Eastern Pennsylvania and, if desired, across the entire Commonwealth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other industry professionals.
Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with informed insights and strategic advice.
Negotiate and close sales and leasing agreements for commercial and industrial properties.
Represent Maple Rise with professionalism and expertise, enhancing our firm’s reputation in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and successful transactions.

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial real estate.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions.
Strong understanding of market trends, property valuation, and real estate finance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
