As part of the further rollout of the City Strategy, we are looking for an Associate Director for our office in Zwolle (Northeast Netherlands region). As an Associate Director, you will work independently and as part of a team on valuations and analyses commissioned by national and international investors, banks, real estate funds, project developers, and the public sector. You will have the opportunity to specialize in commercial real estate in the Northeast Netherlands. Assignments will come from the CBRE network, and you will further expand your own network in the region.
Within the Valuation & Advisory Services team, we collaborate to provide our clients with high-quality valuations and related advice. As an Associate Director, you view properties, determine various values, develop scenarios, and document your findings in reports. Additionally, you contribute to client presentations and quotations, analyze market data, and identify market opportunities.
What do you have to offer us?
- You have 2-6 years of work experience in valuing (commercial) real estate;
- You hold a completed HBO or WO degree;
- You are preferably registered as a Registered Valuer with the NRVT and are a member of the RICS, or you are currently following (one of) these tracks;
- You have a talent for analyzing problems, finding a suitable solution, and providing sound advice;
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy building your own network within the sector;
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written (Level C1).
