We are looking for an Analyst to join the Capital Advisors team, with cross-business exposure to various lines of business such as Investment Banking Services and Debt Advisory & Brokerage.
Responsibility:
The role involves involvement in the following activities:
- Support financial and market analysis related to Capital Advisors department transactions
- Preparation of materials to support the processes (teasers, pitches, information memoranda)
- Collection, analysis and interpretation of market data and benchmarking
- Coordination with other CBRE departments and external consultants
- Support in the transaction execution phases
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Economics, Finance preferred
- 1-2 years of previous real estate experience
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Analytical approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate
- Interest in the real estate market
