Job duties

You will be mainly responsible for the acquisition of development land/income-generating properties for logistics facilities and data centers
Collection of property information
Building relationships with sellers, intermediaries, etc. to obtain property information
Marketing, valuation, and due diligence when considering properties ・Coordination
and consultation with internal and external stakeholders when considering properties
Negotiation and adjustment of sales terms with sellers and intermediaries for contracts and settlements, and closing operations

Work after joining the company

For the first three months after joining the
company, you will receive on-the-job training and engage in communication with intermediaries and property consideration work to deepen your understanding of GLP Japan’s investment stance and business flow.

At least 3 years of experience in one of the following

Acquisition of development land or income-generating properties
Real estate brokerage work for large-scale business companies such as listed companies
PowerPoint, Excel
Bachelor’s degree or higher

CRE sales experience
