Each week, we share a few of the more popular jobs recently posted to the Adventures in CRE Job Board. Associate – Acquisitions, Management, and Dispositions – SCVTA – San Jose, California

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is seeking an Associate Real Estate Professional to add to its dynamic team to help identify, acquire, manage, and dispose of real property.

Under direction, an Associate Real Estate Agent will identify, appraise, acquire, manage, and dispose of real property necessary to plan, design, construct, maintain, and operate transportation projects, programs, and facilities.

Project Manager – Boston Properties – New York, New York

This position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the management of various elements of assigned commercial real estate development projects.

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, MBA or MRE preferred, and have 2-5 years of of progressively responsible real estate development, finance, project management or architectural/engineering experience. This individual will have honed analytical and problem solving skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Investment Analyst – PGIM – Dallas, Texas

PGIM REF’s Multifamily Agency Team is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a training program focused on developing skills through a range of experiences in underwriting, deal management, and originations. The role is typically a 3 to 5 year assignment. Based on business needs, strong performance and mutual agreement, a one or two-year extension may occur. The position is located in Dallas, TX.

The successful candidate for this position will 1-3 years of related work experience and/or experience in a financial analysis or similar underwriting role, strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability, strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
