Commercial Real Estate Lease Analysis Tool + AI Skill

A robust, institutional-quality real estate Excel tool for analyzing commercial real estate leases from the perspective of both the tenant and the landlord. Includes a comprehensive Lease Abstract, from which lease cash flows are modeled and their various metrics such as net effective rent, annual rent per SF/M2, and net present value of lease cash flows are calculated. Note: Requires Microsoft Excel 2019, 2021, or 365 (the lease expiration date uses the MAXIFS function). AI Skill works with Claude (including Claude in Excel) and is portable to other capable AI assistants. The Skill bundle includes a clean copy of the tool, so no upload is needed to get started.
