We’re closing out the year with something big.
The AI.Edge Q4 2025 Build Competition is now open — a hands-on challenge built for those ready to turn AI exploration into something tangible, useful, and CRE-specific.
If you’ve been experimenting with AI tools, building custom workflows, or thinking about how to apply generative AI in real estate, this is your moment.
From now through December 16, you can submit your own AI-powered solution for commercial real estate, compete for a cash prize, and earn recognition from the AI.Edge community.
What is it?
This quarter’s Build Competition is designed to spotlight innovation in our industry. Submissions can include:
- Custom GPTs or Gemini Gems
- AI automations or RPA agents
- LLM-powered underwriting tools
- Prompt-based time-savers
- Or anything else that applies AI to a real-world CRE problem
The only requirements? Your build must use AI in some way, relate to commercial real estate, and be submitted to the AI.Edge Build Showcase before the deadline.
