She also co-hosts the InLight’nd podcast, showcasing her deep industry knowledge.
Previously serving as an Industrial Brokerage Associate at Colliers, Chloe’s interest in logistics and supply chains was partly inspired by her early involvement in the maritime industry. She graduated with a focus in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston, where she earned multiple scholarships and was recently ranked 14th among 150 Commercial Real Estate professionals in 2023.
Chloe’s commitment extends beyond her professional roles to mentorship, community service, and active participation in industry-specific organizations such as IAMC, CSCMP, CWIT, SCITC, and CREW. She is also the founder of the Future of Real Estate Charleston (FORE), reflecting her dedication to shaping the future of the industry and contributing to InLight Real Estate Partners’ national growth.
