The Director of Asset Management is responsible for analyzing multiple aspects of long-term asset performance, including identifying, tracking, and managing asset preserving and value adding opportunities to drive key performance indicators.

Real Estate Analyst – Berkadia
The Real Estate Analyst will work closely with commercial loan originators on complex commercial mortgage deals. The analyst will focus on reviewing and evaluating new loan opportunities and serve as a key point of contact for tracking the progress of those opportunities through the loan cycle, assisting with the marketing of our products and services to potential customers and interacting with the borrowers through the underwriting process.

Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub Manager – Cushman & Wakefield
The Capital Markets Financial Analysis (“CMFA”) Hub Manager is a multifamily subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day management of the CMFA Hub’s delivery of financial analysis on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily brokerage services. In this role, the CMFA Hub Manager provides oversight on the execution of multifamily financial analysis requests by providing direction, conducting quality control reviews, and lending subject matter expertise to a diverse team of financial analysts.

Analyst, Credit Risk Management (CRM), Structured Asset Management (STAM) – Arbor Realty Trust
The Analyst, CRM, STAM will work under the supervision of the SVP, Securitization & Reporting on various audit related tasks, the production of schedules and reports, quality control reviews of investor reports, and various special projects, all done in support of the Structured Asset Management department.
