Account Access Problems

We will reach out as soon as possible to help you gain access to your account, whether that is for www.adventuresincre.com or the Accelerator program. Accelerator members should use the email they signed up with, along with the password they created, at one of the following links.

CRE Financial Excel Models

• Financial Model Downloads – Models that you have purchased and downloaded from the site are available to your account here.
• Feature Requests and/or Bugs – We appreciate and encourage feedback related to feature requests for and bugs in the models. Michael and Spencer review this feedback as they create future versions of the models, though they may not be able to respond directly.
• Financial Modeling Questions – Questions related to setting up and using financial models from the site will be addressed by a team member as they are able, though this could take 2 or 3 days.

Consulting Requests

With full-time jobs, families, and A.CRE to manage, Michael and Spencer are unable to take on consulting engagements. However, quite a few A.CRE Accelerator graduates provide independent real estate financial modeling consulting services. A link to a profile book with their contact information is available here.
