One day there’s a new model that’s “changing everything”, the next day there’s a 200-tool listicle that sends you down a rabbit hole with nothing to show for it.

And yet, our industry is packed with information and manual process. The very things AI excels at! The potential to transform CRE is massive, but that transformation will be led by AI-native professionals and firms.

Which raises the real question: how do you become an AI-native?
