The AI.Edge Q2 2026 Build Competition is officially open, and we want to see what you build.
Running from May 14th through June 30th, this quarter’s competition continues what’s quickly become one of the most exciting things happening in CRE: real professionals building real AI tools that solve real problems. Q1 set the bar high. Q2 is your chance to clear it.
What is it?
The Build Competition is an open challenge for AI.Edge members to create AI-powered solutions that improve CRE workflows. Anything qualifies as long as it uses AI and helps in commercial real estate:
- LLMs, AI agents, or custom GPTs that automate repetitive tasks
- RPA or agentic workflows that reduce manual work
- Prompts, data models, or apps that speed up underwriting, leasing, or asset management
- Gemini Gems, dashboards, or tools that give time back to your team
What’s in it for you?
- First Place: $100 cash + “AI.Edge Q2 2026 Build Champion” badge + Showcase feature + LinkedIn shoutout
- People’s Choice: Badge + Showcase mention (most likes)
- All Entrants: Leaderboard points for submitting and engaging with others’ builds

How to enter
Head to the AI.Edge Build Showcase, post your build before June 30th, and follow the submission format. Full competition details, judging criteria, and the AI.Edge Build Submission Assistant — which makes drafting your entry fast — are all available inside the community.
