Ask Me Anything with A.CRE (Next Host – Christine Paglialunga)

We’re thrilled to introduce Christine Paglialunga as the featured host for our upcoming A.CRE Ask Me Anything (AMA) session. This week we will get into mission-driven real estate, urban revitalization, and the evolving role of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) in shaping modern cities.

Christine currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, where she oversees BID management, public space activation, and operations for an umbrella organization managing three BIDs and a major cultural facility. Her leadership bridges the public and private sectors, uniting community impact with commercial real estate execution.

Christine brings a wealth of experience from key roles across the urban planning and real estate development ecosystem. Previously, she led the Sunset Park portfolio at NYCEDC, directing leasing, campus planning, and placemaking across 6 million square feet of industrial assets, including the Brooklyn Army Terminal and Bush Terminal Piers Park. Her career spans from affordable housing development at BRIDGE Housing in Portland to cultural facility management with Artscape in Toronto.

In this week’s session, we will explore:

  •  Mission-Driven Real Estate: Making impact central to development
  • The Role of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) in Urban Placemaking
