Mark also heads BPM’s Real Estate Industry Group, working closely with private equity funds, REITs, developers, and family offices to navigate the complexities of real estate finance.
In his role as an Assurance Partner, Mark provides audits, reviews, and advisory services for both public and private companies. His extensive knowledge covers technical matters like mergers and acquisitions, construction accounting, specialized revenue recognition, and complex equity transactions under US GAAP, IFRS, and OCBOA frameworks.
