Announcing the Winners of the AI.Edge Q4 2025 Build Competition
We closed out 2025 with something we care a lot about at AI.Edge: building in public, together. The AI.Edge Build Competitions exist to spotlight members who are turning AI experimentation into practical, CRE-specific tools that actually improve the way we work.
This last quarter’s submissions were a great reminder of what this community is becoming: a home for real estate professionals (and future professionals) who are building the next generation of workflows, intelligence, and leverage in CRE. Choosing winners wasn’t easy, but two builds stood out for their real-world aplication, clarity of purpose, and strong execution.
Today, we’re excited to announce the winners of the AI.Edge Q4 2025 Build Competition.
First Place: Arjun Maitra
Project: Moneyball for Real Estate: Building Market Intelligence Tools at Cornell
Arjun built a “Moneyball”-style market intelligence tool designed to make rental data more readable, more measurable, and more actionable.
His project, Ithaca Insights, is a live rental dashboard that automatically evaluates implied market rent (IMR) and rental trends across listings in the greater Ithaca area. It’s a great example of how AI + data can shift market analysis from static snapshots to a more continuous, decision-support system.

Runner-Up: Jack Corrigan
Project: CRE Lead Sourcing Agent
Jack tackled a pain point that basically everyone in CRE has felt: lead sourcing and contact discovery taking way too long.
His build is a Lindy-based agent that helps automate repetitive LinkedIn research workflows, using Perplexity to scan profiles, RocketReach (free version) to find contact info, and Google Sheets to organize results into a structured, usable list based on city, industry, and target “tier.”
It’s a smart workflow that turns hours of manual searching into a repeatable process you can adapt by market, asset class, and role type.
