The AI.Edge Q2 2026 Build Competition: Winners Announced!
The AI.Edge Q2 2026 Build Competition has wrapped up, and the results are in. This quarter’s submissions reflected a meaningful step forward in sophistication. Builders didn’t just experiment, they shipped production-ready tools that solve problems CRE professionals deal with every single day. Governed underwriting platforms, multi-agent lease monitors, institutional model auditors: Q2 proved this community is building in earnest.
What Was Built This Quarter
Five builds were submitted, each tackling a distinct CRE challenge:
🔹 IC FIDES: The Governed Underwriting Deal Room – A full underwriting workbench that transforms Excel models into governed deal room software, with pipeline management, MCP integrations, plausibility bands, and FAST-standard outputs, all at a fraction of enterprise software costs.

🔹 Case Study Creator AI Skill (submitted by Spencer Burton, non-competing) – An agent skill that generates institutional-quality CRE financial modeling case studies across all five major property types, complete with a solved Excel answer key.
