Our Asia Pacific region is seeking a Vice President to join the firm’s Investment Research group in Hong Kong or Tokyo. This position involves research into economic, capital markets, and property market trends in support of the firm’s investment strategies in private equity and debt and real estate securities. Research is an integral part of the investment process at Heitman and the focus of significant corporate resources.

The Loan Management team is a business unit within the Global Banking and Markets division, supporting the Mortgage and Structured Products business and Real Estate Finance Group. The team is a multi-faceted diligence and asset management platform specializing in asset management, transaction management, sales, securitizations, and financing.

Blackstone Multi Asset Investing (BXMA) – Portfolio Management, Analyst – Blackstone
The Analyst/Associate will be involved in the portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management processes for both the customized portfolio solutions and the open-ended mutual fund platforms. The Portfolio Management team is an integral part of BXMA’s investment team that works closely with all of BXMA’s strategy-focused hedge fund research teams, the Investment Committee (IC), Risk Management, and Client Solutions teams.

The analyst position plays an integral role in the MetLife Investment Management Real Estate group. The analyst will assist with various aspects of asset origination and management of MetLife’s $65 billion commercial mortgage portfolio. The analyst will provide analytical support to MetLife’s commercial real estate lending strategies and portfolio management related to MetLife’s debt Investment Management platform.
